Methane leak detection

Europe-wide studies have determined that a 2% gas leak in a 500kW installation results in €7,000 per year in additional expenditure for the purchase of additional substrate.

So as the operator, you have every interest in having your unit checked, either to avoid a potential loss or to be reassured.

How are methane leaks detected?

WESSLING will inspect your installation using an infrared camera that identifies methane. Thanks to this tool, our technicians can intervene quickly and efficiently. You can count on an average of 1 to 2 hours on site.

When should you have your installation checked?

  • When you receive your unit (take advantage of this, because you are potentially still covered by your warranty)
  • Following major maintenance work
  • Regularly and also after a few years of service (our recommendation is every 3 to 4 years)

Your benefits at a glance:

  • Potential losses identified quickly
  • Improved performance by eliminating visualised leaks
  • Inspection of your entire installation
  • Rapid intervention (1 to 2 hours)
  • Immediate results (video and photos)
  • Availability of video and photos
  • Feedback from our teams of experts

WESSLING helps you to optimise the potential of your installation and remedy faults relating to the installation itself.
