The complaint management steps

1. The care:

  • after receiving your complaint it will be registered;
  • a confirmation of receipt of each complaint will be sent to you by email.

2. The treatment:

  • your request will be processed as soon as possible and in any case you will always be kept informed of the progress of your complaint. If the immediate processing of your complaint is not possible, the deadlines will be communicated to you.

3. The client's response and information on decision making:

  • at the end of the analysis of the situation you will be informed by mail on the validated decisions and the actions taken to process your complaint;
  • the approval of the conclusions will be carried out in complete impartiality.
