For several weeks now, the WESSLING laboratory in Lyon has been using a new machine to scan soil samples using hyperspectral imaging technology. Coupled with artificial intelligence, this innovation, called HyperScan and developed by the Tellux company, enables WESSLING to quickly identify the most polluted samples: "This enables us to prepare dilutions for the analyses to be carried out, and to optimize our processes and organization within the laboratory. Ultimately, this will enable us to optimize certain analysis steps", explains Jean-François CAMPENS, President of WESSLING France SAS.

Frédéric JEAMPIERRE, the company's Managing Director since July 1st 2023, adds: "In addition, using this technology has other advantages: we are further reducing the amount of waste produced, and we are continuing to integrate new technologies into our daily routine. Indeed, we are actively working to reduce our impact on the environment, and our company has always been marked by innovation and continuous learning."

The use of this non-destructive technological solution coupled with artificial intelligence is yet another illustration of the company's adaptability and dynamism.
