Compost quality monitoring before spreading
With the return of sunny weather, sales of organic fertilisers and compost are increasing. Have your compost batches analysed to reassure your customers and certify the quality of your product. Here we briefly recall the criteria to be checked and the current standards.
In monitoring the quality of your compost, you can determine:
1. agronomic criteria of the compost
2. compost contaminants
3. compost safety criteria
4. maturity of the compost
As a reminder, the current standards are:
● NF U44 051: Green waste composts
● NF U44 095: Composts from water treatment
