"Inclure la diversité": the French "Association des Entreprises Inclusives de l'Isère" (Ae2i) creates a framework conducive to exchange and collective intelligence.

On Wednesday November the 29th, 2023, the French "Association des Entreprises Inclusives de l'Isère" (Ae2i), of which WESSLING France is a member, organised its first major event in Grenoble. Entitled "Inclure la Diversité" (including diversity) the aim of the day was to bring together companies, young people and jobseekers in an atmosphere conducive to sharing and discovery.

The association's aim is to promote diversity within companies and to offer perspectives to people who are further away from employment.
The day was punctuated by exchange workshops between professionals and schoolchildren, jobseekers and companies, as well as between members, and was a resounding success, as Bruno Renard, Co-Chairman of the association, explains:
"We succeeded in organising one of the largest collective intelligence workshops in France on inclusion in sustainable employment, and the rich results of the day gave us a clear view of the subjects to be included in our 2024 action plan."

WESSLING France was represented at the evening discussion following the event by Elisabeth Jouffray, HR Director and head of the CSR project. A member of the association since its foundation, WESSLING provides financial support, shares its values and is committed to the actions promoted by the association. "At WESSLING, we practice inclusive recruitment, promoting equal opportunities and combating discrimination. The Ae2i association enables us to discuss these issues with other partners, share our experiences and learn from our peers. This membership is important for us in order to pursue our HR and CSR approach: 'living together' and 'working together' are essential in today's world and will certainly be even more so in tomorrow's", explained Elisabeth Jouffray at the end of the 'inclure la diversité' day.
