The end of the year is approaching, and during this festive period the lead times for carriers and our partner laboratories will be extended. Although our WESSLING-ALS laboratories will remain open, we invite you to anticipate your projects to ensure that they run as smoothly as possible.

Here are the main points to bear in mind for your sensitive shipments and projects:
Carriers: disrupted operations during Christmas week
Our main carriers will be adjusting their schedules during this period. For example : UPS will be closed from 24 December at 12 noon until 26 December inclusive.
To avoid delays in the processing of your analyses, please plan your sample shipments in advance.
Partner laboratories: longer lead times for certain analyses
Some of our partner laboratories have informed us that turnaround times for non-routine analyses may be extended for samples received in December.

Sensitive or urgent projects: contact us quickly
If you have critical projects that need to be processed quickly (24/48/72 hours), we recommend that you contact us as soon as possible so that we can organise their processing in the best possible conditions.
